katie hilton thorne
Prior to launching Analog, Katie founded and grew the Store Design and Development Department at Alexander Wang. She built and led the team to develop new concepts for flagship, core retail and outlet typologies in partnership with Alex, retail operations, visual merchandising, IT in addition to other key stakeholders. During Katie’s 6 year tenure, the brand grew from 5 retail locations to 20+ globally amidst the pandemic. Annually, the brand opened 15-20 projects per year under her leadership. These projects included flagship, retail, outlet, pop-up, wholesale and partner locations globally. Formerly, Katie worked as an in-house architect for brands such as Louis Vuitton, Suitsupply and Diane von Furstenberg strategically building their store networks over her nearly 20 year career.
Katie is a creative design/build consultant based out of NYC an Southampton with experience translating retail vision from ideation to a robust store network, implementing the key processes, tools, templates and standards required for this type of expansion. Katie leads Analog with her strategic planning and comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end store design and construction. With experience in North + South America, the UK, Europe, Middle East and extensive experience throughout Asia, Katie brings a robust vendor network and global construction knowledge to Analog.
