a case study for Malone Souliers

This theoretical store concept takes its inspiration from the Maureen - an icon of the brand.  The sensual curves, strapped details and consistent reinterpretation of the shoe season after season with different materials are details taken from the iconic shoe and brought into the store concept.

The store concept strategy keeps physical forms consistent from store to store.  It is the play on materiality that creates differentiation and ensures the stores are fitting of their distinct context.  The flexibility to play with materials also allows the concept to scale from a pop-up, department store corner, shop-in-shop or flagship location spanning a wide range of price points.
